Vanguard Solutions, Inc. was founded in July 2000 to assist with the design, installation and maintenance of a major regional 9-1-1 dispatch center for the U.S. Navy. The principals brought to the company over fifty years experience in their respective backgrounds of computer science, network infrastructure, RF communications and fire and security alarm monitoring.
